Cancellation policy

·        29 days to 15 days prior to departure, 50 % of tour cost will be charged.

·        14 days to 8 days to departure, 75 % of total amount will be charged.

·        Within zero days prior to departure, 100 % of trip cost will be charged.

Reservation cancellations are subjected to cancellation fees. Kindly note that we do not make any refund of unused services of your tour package.

Method of sending cancellation request:

We process your cancellation request within in 1 to 7 business days. The cancellation request must be sent in written via email. We will not acknowledge any verbal cancellation request. The cancellation detail must be attached with cancellation request from. For doing this, you can download cancellation request form to our site.

The above described cancellation policy is OyeMyTravel standard policy. In any case, if you want to cancel the trip, refund will be processed according to these cancellation policies.  


Refund Policy

Refund is allowed within following circumstances:

·        If the cancellation is made before 30 or more days of the date of departure, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation charge.

·        If the cancellation is made between 29 days to 15 days before to the date of departure, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation charge.

·        If the cancellation is made between 14 days to 8 days before the date of departure, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation charge.

·        If the cancellation is made in last 8 days before the date of departure, 100% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation charge and you will receive no refund.

After getting the cancellation request from the customer through email or app, OyeMyTravel will process the refund policy. Refund against the cancellation of flight ticket will be deposited directly in customer’s account using the same mode of payment received from customer.

OyeMyTravel will process refund within 72 hours after receiving the amount from concerned airlines/transporter/hotel.  In case the payment is made through the credit card, refund may take up to 7 days depending upon banking procedure.
